The Bike Fed has partnered with Milwaukee Recreation for several years to put on an event that we hope you have enjoyed. We are now passing the baton to the wonderful folks at Milwaukee Recreation who are using it as a fundraiser to support MKE MTB programs. Here is the info you will need as a vendor for this year. As a buyer there is info in here for you too but put it on your calendar for now!

  • 8′ x 8′: $50 (includes 2 admissions) 1 table, 2 chairs

  • 10′ x 10′: $75 (includes 2 admissions) 1 table, 2 chairs

Event General Informaion

Electric/WIFI

  • There are electric outlets scattered along walls primarily. Please bring an extension cord if you need electric.

  • There is school based WiFi that may be spotty, but available to use. (more to come)

 

RED AREA IS FOR LOADING UNLOADING. NO PARKING!

GREEN AREA IS FOR VENDORS TO PARK AFTER UNLOADING

Doors open at 7am for Vendors load in. DO NOT leave your vehicle in the main parking lot. Please move after unloading so customers have access to the parking lot.

 

 

BIKE CORRAL INFO

FOR TABLE/BOOTH VENDORS

As paid vendors you can put 1 BIKE in the corral for free PER BOOTH RENTED and list your booth and contact info on sheet provided. AFTER THAT see below for rules

FOR INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES

Bike Corral:

  • $5 to put your bike in corral and sell yourself * (we provide you with a tag for contact information and price, feel free to bring additional support information to attach to bike as well if necessary)

  • $5 flat rate commission on any bike sale transactions Bike Swap staff handles**

    • All vendors with a space inside the gym must put the complete bikes they bring in their assigned space. If you want to bring 10 complete bikes to sell and have a table for other parts/accessories you must purchase enough space to put the things you want to sell in you space. NO BIKES IN THE AISLES!!!

**If you will be at the swap all day and will handle the sale and coordination of your bike we only charge you the $5 to put it in the space. If you want to drop your bike off at 9:30am then leave for the day and have us handle payments and then pay you when you come back at 3pm we will charge a $5 flat rate commission. NO commission charge for bikes that DO NOT sell. ALL BIKES sold or not are charged the initial $5. CASH ONLY. MUST PICK UP YOUR UNSOLD BIKE BY 3:15pm.

 

  • For Transactions of sold bikes in the Corral the Bike Swap staff handle we will accept cash or checks for payments and reimburse the seller in cash/check at 3pm.. If you do not pick up your money by 3:15pm your sale may be considered a donation to MKE MTB.

Table Reservation “How To”

 

  1. Go to https://web2.vermontsystems.com/wbwsc/wimilwaukeewt.wsc/splash.html

  2. Click under First Time Users “Click Here”

  3. Follow the directions to set up a new account.

    1. When done click “Save”

  4. Under the “Search” tab click on “Activities Search”

    1. Type in the “Activity Code” box 5MKEMTB and click “search”

      1. The system is not case sensitive.

  5. Click the Info “I” button

    1. Here you will find the standard event information. By clicking on the “Receipt Document” named Standard Documents\Bazaar Guide 2018 you will see the general floor plan for the event as well as the table numbers.

      1. Please keep this handy for when you check out, so you can enter the table number you wish to reserve.

  6. Click the Green + button

  7. Click the Add to Cart button

  8. Answer the questions associated with the purchase.

    1. If you wish to reserve more than one table just change the quantity.

  9. Click Continue after you have made your selections.

  10. Click Proceed To Checkout

  11. Verify your contact information and fees you owe and click Continue

    1. If you need to pay with a check change the fees owed to “0” and click continue. This will trigger an invoice that will be sent to your organization.

    2. All invoices must be paid prior to the event.

  12. If paying with a credit card please enter your credit card information and finish the transaction.
