Effective Cycling™ class
  Effective Cycling™ instructors are available in Madison and all over Wisconsin to teach advanced bicycle commuting techniques. This nine hour class, taught on the road and in the classroom, develops confident and safe riding. All bicyclists can benefit from this class - novices to lifelong cyclists. Contact the Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin for the most recent schedule.
