Final Celebration

8:00 pm, Bike-in Movie screen of Klunkerz

In the late 1960's and early 1970's, a handful of hippe cyclists literally reinvented the wheel by scavenging frames from dumpsters and junkyards and lifting parts from road bikes and motorcycles to build a better way down the mountain. These modified bikes became affectionately known as "Klunkerz". Little did they realize that their obsessive tinerking would ultimately lead to the birth of a multi-billion dollar industry and an Olympic Sports. An unforgettable, fast-moving documentary by filmmaker Billy Savage and VAS Entertainment.
