About Aaron Crandall

Hello! My name is Aaron Crandall and I would like to thank you for voting for me to serve on the BFW board. I will use this opportunity to advocate for commuting by bicycle, improving upon the ability to more easily cycle, and continuing to make Wisconsin a great place for cyclists in general. I'm excited to serve and look forward to reaching out to the membership for ideas, feedback, and direction. Thank you again and please feel free to contact me at aaron.crandall@yahoo.com.

About Joel Savilonis

My wife, Dottie and I are recent transplants to Dodgeville.  We have three kids scattered around the USA, and live with two dogs, six cats, and nine bicycles (last count anyway)! One of the reasons for moving to Wisconsin was to get back to the cold (?). We are originally from the New England area, and missed the seasons!

My experiences in the world of bicycles has been rewarding and fulfilling at the same time.  I have been a cycling advocate for most of my cycling days, always pushing people to wear helmets, ride safe, and have fun.

The group trainings and involvement I had with the Thunderhead Alliance provided me guidance in implementing an advocacy movement in NH. It also provided a vast international network of fellow cyclists that are always willing to help better our sport and keep it fresh!

Wisconsin is a great place to work and live, and I hope that I live up to the expectations of the new assignment. I want to thank all of you who voted, and will do my best for this state’s cycling community. If I am not, then let me know!
